Dear Minot North High School Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! We hope your family enjoyed a restful summer. As we prepare for the start of school, we would like to share several staffing updates, introduce our counseling team, and highlight important dates for the first semester.
Student Support Center Updates
We are pleased to welcome Kellie Meyer to our counseling team. Mrs. Meyer has served the district as a Career Development Counselor for the past nine years and will now support students as a general school counselor.
With the addition of Mrs. Meyer, our counseling assignments for students in grades 9–12 have been updated:

Student Schedules and the Transition to Infinite Campus
North Dakota schools are transitioning from PowerSchool to Infinite Campus for the 2026–2027 school year. At this time, school districts are still awaiting access to the new system.
Once Infinite Campus becomes available, our staff will need time to review student schedules and confirm that courses, credits, and other information transferred accurately. Because access is expected so close to the beginning of the school year, student schedules will not be available until mid-August at the earliest. In some cases, schedules may not be released until shortly before—or possibly on—the first day of school.
The shortened timeline will also limit our ability to accommodate schedule change requests this year. Our first priority will be correcting scheduling errors and addressing changes that are necessary for graduation requirements, missing courses, duplicate courses, or other essential academic needs.
We understand that students and families are eager to see schedules and begin planning for the year. We appreciate your patience and flexibility as our staff works carefully to review each schedule and prepare for a successful start to the school year.
Schedule Corrections:
The deadline to submit a schedule change request is August 26. All requests must be submitted through the Schedule Correction Form located on the Minot North Student Support Center webpage.
To ensure requests are reviewed consistently and in the order they are received, requests submitted by email, phone, or in person will not be considered. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a change can be made. Due to the transition to Infinite Campus and the shortened scheduling timeline, some requests may not be able to be accommodated.
Priority will be given to requests involving scheduling errors, missing required courses, graduation requirements, duplicate courses, or other essential academic needs.
